CCSO Records processes detention records and states a $5 report-copy charge, with free copies for crime victims. That amount is not a guaranteed price for every booking packet, release log, photograph, or large request. Ask for electronic delivery and a cost estimate. The Oklahoma Open Records Act, including 51 O.S. ยงยง24A.5 and 24A.8, governs public access and applicable record limits.

- For a released person or county release record, the home page gives the full verification and request sequence.
- For community supervision, use Parole / Probation and the Norman ODOC office at 1919 Industrial Boulevard, Norman, 405-364-2365.
- For recent county departures, use Released Last 24 Hours; Cleveland County publishes no official rolling release feed.
- For a calculated date or an alert, use Inmate Release Date and VINELink Release Check.
- For one facility, use its page in the footer and contact the operator responsible for that custody record.
- For a sentenced state prisoner, search the OK Offender Lookup and contact ODOC Legal Services when documentary proof is needed.
- For federal or immigration custody, use the official BOP or ICE locator. Those systems are separate from CCSO and ODOC.
